Timelines are estimated and may vary due to technical dependencies or client delays. We strive to meet deadlines but do not guarantee exact delivery dates unless specified in the agreement.

We reserve the right to terminate services if the terms are violated or if there is non-payment. You may also terminate the project upon mutual agreement.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
